Job Description

Amplify Intelligence’s vision is to empower small businesses to be able to defend themselves. Our global security services business is growing rapidly, and we are looking to hire a Senior Engineer to work full stack with JavaScript. This position requires someone with a strong background in JavaScript frameworks. You should be fascinated by coding efficiently using Node.js, and Angular.js, but also have the drive to learn and develop skills in other areas if needed to.

Experience with AWS and key technologies a must such as Lambda, Athena and Chalice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be responsive to features, feedback and bugs reported through the different channels
  • Produce code which is well tested, bug-free and according to functional specifications
  • Execute on the product vision and roadmap
  • Technical design and implementation of features aligned with the roadmap
  • Improve code quality and platform stability

Skills and experience
You should be keen to work in a  young startup environment to help us build new features in the frontend or backend of our platform using agile development. We are looking for someone who does not just code because it is what they are paid to do, but someone who has a strong passion for technology and security.

  • A minimum of 3 years experience working within a Javascript heavy environment

  • Strong experience with Node.js, Angular

  • Experience in AWS, prefer having knowledge of Athena, Lambda and Chalice

We are looking for a passionate, self motivated individual who wants to help small business stay safe.

As a Sales Executive, you will identify and qualify new opportunities to sell our core business applications and related services into the SMB segment, whilst simultaneously supporting the executive on the acquisition of enterprise accounts. You will be managing and driving sales opportunities through strategic selling to negotiation then closing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full life cycle of an SMB sales process from lead development, discovery and negotiation through to close with support from Account Executive

  • Research, prospect and target enterprise level accounts to book appointments within Sales Directors target account base to build sales pipeline

  • Work closely with enterprise sales team to execute a sales coverage strategy against top enterprise accounts
  • Maintain accurate opportunity information and customer intelligence within sales CRM.

  • Accurately forecast new business within the SMB segment; report sales status and sales opportunities to management team

  • Effectively communicate our value proposition through effective prospecting and discovery calls

  • Build and maintain strong, trusting customer relationships

  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and technologies, competitors, industry trends

About You

  • 2+ years experience in new business development in the IT Sector/SaaS space
  • Experience selling security solutions into complex environments
  • Proven track record of IT/SaaS sales (meeting and exceeding targets)
  • Proven ability to build a qualified sales pipeline
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
